I've got a room mate.

My friend Wayne is going to be staying in my basement for a while. He's looking for a house right now to buy but just needed a place to stay for a bit. I just thought you'd like to know incase you come over and there some strange guy in the house. It's only temporary and he's going to pay me a little rent in the process. With the house market being a buyers market I don't see him taking to long to close on one once he finds it.
